A Bit About Me

I've spent the last 20 years or so working in some of the leading Fortune 500 companies across multiple fields, from financial technology, global insurance and pharmaceutical industries. I have over time developed deep knowledge and expertise within the HR field, particularly in areas such as L&D, leadership and coaching. It has always been a lifelong aspiration to set up my own training and coaching company, and I'm glad this long-held vision has now become a reality. During the pandemic period, I learnt how to set up my company website from scratch and took the opportunity to complete a certification program which focuses on the neuroscience aspect in coaching, which I think sits really well with my prior experience coaching C-suite executives, key talents and mid-level managers on a 1-on-1 basis. My passion is to be a catalyst in helping others fulfill their life-long goals and career aspiration so that they can continue to seek balance via their core purpose, meaning and values in life. I have been blessed over time to travel across different continents for work and meet people from a potpourri of cultural backgrounds. These exposures have been life changing for me as I like to bring back these stories and share them with my clients. During my personal time, I enjoy playing tennis, travelling, visiting art galleries and spending quality time with my dog, family and church mates.
